Terms and Conditions of Use 1988ric Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 1988ric ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 1988ric online gaming platform, including all services, content, features, and functions provided through our website and app.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any part of our platform, you automatically confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and all related policies published by 1988ric, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Termination by 1988ric

1988ric reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• False or incomplete registration information submitted after a verification request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering currently under investigation.
• Instructions from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by users themselves or their legal guardians.

In the event of termination due to a terms violation, 1988ric reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the internal investigation is concluded. If no violation is confirmed, the balance will be returned within 14 business days.
